By Jay Hodgkins

In the latest episode of The Interdisciplinarian podcast, University of Virginia Darden School of Business faculty member Alex Cowan interviews Amazon product manager Duygu Karaboncuk (MBA ’15) about how she keeps their Woot property fresh and relevant for users.

Duygu also describes where and how she finds insights about how to improve customer experience and how she grooms and tests new ideas.
