The University of Virginia on Tuesday honored 18 faculty members and five graduate students with awards recognizing their creative instruction and meaningful contributions to the University, and their public service. The University Teaching Awards are among the highest honors given to faculty members who have distinguished themselves both in the classroom and in their fields.
