Darden’s Peter Belmi Honored with All-University Teaching Award

The University of Virginia on Tuesday honored 18 faculty members and five graduate students with awards recognizing their creative instruction and meaningful contributions to the University, and their public service. The University Teaching Awards are among the highest honors given to faculty members who have distinguished themselves both in the classroom and in their fields.

UVA Darden State of the School Highlights Major Milestones Achieved and Opportunities Ahead

Darden alumni from across the decades gathered during Reunion Weekend for a Darden tradition: the annual State of the School address. Highlights of the event included advancements in the School’s master plan, Robert J. Hugin (MBA ’85) being honored with the Charles C. Abbott Award, the presentation of $6.9 million in Reunion Giving and an update on the Powered by Purpose campaign, which has raised a remarkable $625 million so far.
