Global Leaders to Speak at UVA Darden’s Leadership Speaker Series This Spring

By Dave Hendrick

The University of Virginia Darden School of Business will welcome a distinguished global leader to Grounds this spring as part of its Leadership Speaker Series.

The series, which in 2019 welcomed leaders from business, government and the nonprofit sector, allows leaders from a variety of backgrounds to share their leadership journeys with students, the broader Darden and UVA communities, and the public.

The spring 2020 Leadership Speaker Series will feature Mossadeck Bally, chairman and CEO, Azalaï Hotels Group, on 29 January. Register to attend.

Bally is the founder, chair and CEO of the Azalaï Hotels Group, a lodging company with hotels across Africa. The company is considered the first private hotel chain in the West Africa region and directly employs more than 900 people.

Unless otherwise posted, LSS talks, which are free and open to the public, are held at 1:30 p.m. at the Darden School Abbott Center Auditorium.
