Darden Final Exercises Weekend 2025: What to Know

The University of Virginia Darden School of Business will celebrate the Class of 2025 during UVA Final Exercises Weekend, 16–18 May.
Key Events:
- Saturday, 17 May:
- 11 a.m. – Darden Academic Regalia Ceremony (Flagler Court)
- 12:30 p.m. – Sherwood Frey Graduation Picnic
- Sunday, 18 May:
- 9 a.m. – UVA Final Exercises (The Lawn)
Tickets & Viewing:
- No tickets required for the Darden ceremony on Flagler Court.
- UVA Final Exercises require tickets: six per graduate for The Lawn ceremony or three if relocated to John Paul Jones Arena due to weather.
- Livestreams will be available online and in select Darden classrooms.
Parking:
- Each graduate receives one D10 garage parking pass (valid for both days).
- ADA and overflow parking available in the D1 lot.
Weather Plan:
- In case of severe weather, the Darden ceremony may shift to Sunday or move indoors to North Grounds Recreation Center (ticket required).
- The picnic will move inside if needed.
More:
- A class photo will be taken after the ceremony; Grad Images will provide individual photos.
- Program booklets will be available at both ceremonies.
