University of Virginia Darden School of Business Professors June West and Steve Soltis interviewed GXG Consulting CEO Craig Lemasters in the latest episode of their podcast, CEO Voices: Leading With Communication.
The former CEO of Assurant Solutions discussed how communications played a role as he led that company to more than double revenues by repositioning the financial services giant.
“I started making myself and my leaders pick three things, no more than three things, that we were ever going to communicate, preferably one. But if it’s three, we’ve got to get it into one message, so we’re going to have one cohesive message,” Lemasters said.
