The 2019 University of Virginia Investing Conference (UVIC), recently hosted by the Richard A. Mayo Center for Asset Management at the Darden School of Business, brought together a host of investing industry and academic experts to examine strategies to deliver benchmark-beating returns in an era of disruptive change for the investing profession.

On the sidelines of the event, industry luminaries from BlackRock Co-founder and Vice Chair Barbara Novick to Acadian Asset Management Co-CEO John Chisholm provided insights and advice on hot topics in the investing industry.
