What to Know About UVA’s Inauguration Weekend Events

The University of Virginia will inaugurate its ninth president this weekend, and it is celebrating the occasion with a series of events from 19–21 October open to the University community, including Darden School of Business students, faculty, staff and alumni.

The installation ceremony, where Ryan will take the oath of office and offer remarks, will take place Friday from 3–4:30 p.m. on the UVA Lawn. UVA Today has published a full schedule of events with all the details attendees need to know.
