Coming soon: Master of Science in Business Analytics
Pending approval from the University of Virginia Board of Visitors and State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, the Darden School of Business and McIntire School of Commerce intend to offer a new degree program designed for working professionals that the two world-class schools will deliver in partnership: a Master of Science in Business Analytics.
As the use of big data and business analytics grows across industries, employers seek professionals who can transform large data sets into deliverables that inform strategic business decisions, drive value and create competitive advantage. This 12-month degree program will deliver analytical skills, foundational business knowledge and the leadership skills needed to succeed. The program will be taught in the metro D.C. area by renowned faculty from McIntire and Darden, and graduates will earn a degree from the University of Virginia.
