By Dave Hendrick
Lois McEntyre (MBA ’95) currently directs General Motors’ North America contact center operations and oversees contact center operations for General Motors Customer Care, Dealer Assistance and OnStar for multiple sites around the globe. Her tenure at General Motors has also included time spent in Shanghai, where McEntyre served as director of subscriber services at OnStar-Shanghai.
In a profile posted to the The Network section of the Darden website, McEntyre talks about living overseas and adapting to new cultures when operating in a leadership role.
